While it was a small fishing resort with the name of Gölenye until 20 years ago, it has become a holiday city that  a favorite of local and foreign tourists in recent years.Içmeler is especially famous for the cleanliness of its coastline, sea and beaches.You can reach İçmeler by walking from the coastline or by the Orange colored minibuses departing from the city center every 10 minutes.

OLD MARMARİS

Kale Mahallesi (Castle neighborhood), where the first settlements date back to the 17th century and where Marmaris Yacht Harbor is located today, offers different options both during the day and at night.You can take a walk in the small, narrow streets of the neighborhood and visit Marmaris Castle, which is also used as a museum today.
